Sachin Gaur is a researcher cum entrepreneur in space of mobile and Internet solutions. He was in top 10 innovators in India under India Innovates Growth Programme 2013 by FICCI. He has founded/invested in multiple ventures in the domain of digital marketing, mobile solutions and Internet of Things. He has a double M.Sc.(tech) in Mobile Security and Cryptography from Aalto University, Finland and University of Tartu, Estonia. He has worked in past with organizations like Adobe, C.E.R.N. and in research at the Aalto University in security related topics.

The experience of teaching Advanced Technologies stem out of the team’s exposure in Defense and Health Care domain, which are Robotics – Internet of Things (IOT) – Artificial Intelligence (AI) – Drones – 3D Printing – Virtual Reality (VR).
Oxygen 2 Innovation was recently awarded the Innovation in Defense Award by the Honorable Defense Minister for Innovation in Defense in 2021 and 2022. The projects included developing
1. AI based Flight Simulator for HAL
2. Augmented Reality based Maintenance for Indian Airforce
3. VR based Training Aid Helicopter Simulator for Indian Army
Oxygen 2 Innovation also designs and develops unmanned systems under the brand name IRUS to assist, protect and inform for harsh environments. IRUS has delivered Riot Control Command Vehicles to the Rapid Action Force (RAF) along with Multi Role Drones for Riot based applications. IRUS also is developing Artificial Intelligence based assistive systems to Protect for the CRPF. IRUS also deals in Autonomous Ground Vehicles and situational awareness systems which will enable multiple lives being saved during peace keeping operations. AVM Ashok Singhal AVSM VSM (Retd) heads the IRUS team to provide vital inputs about the exact requirements of the defense forces.
Abhinav has extensive exposure having studied and stayed abroad for 5 years. He believes in Oxygen 2 Innovation - Immersive Education, IRUS to save lives from being unnecessarily exposed to harsh environments. Abhinav looks forward to utilizing his knowledge and experience towards benefit of India and make products under Govt of India “Make in India” program.

Partha Dey is a Healthcare transformation professional with a demonstrated history of serving the Healthcare Providers and Payers, Public Health and information technology industry for over two and half decades. He has developed expertise in emerging technology like AI/ML/Cognitive, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud and Digital for Healthcare organization to drive better clinical and operational outcome. He is a founding member of prominent healthcare organization like Max Healthcare - Delhi, Artemis Hospital- Gurgaon and Apollo Gleneagles Hospital in Kolkata.
He has spent considerable amount of time working with multi-national technology players like Perot Systems and IBM, In IBM, he has spent 11 + years, as healthcare leader of India/SA he has managed sales and delivery portfolio, for both India Domestic and Global Markets, He was associated with IBM Watson health team, played significant role in Watson for oncology product innovation and implementation. He also played key role in public health system implementation projects, in India and other geographies. Till recently he was COO of Artemis Hospital Gurgaon, where he was managing Operations (P&L), New Projects (expansion) and Business Development focusing on International (Medical Tourism) Business. He was member of various industry association like CII, HIMSS, UNDP, AMCHAM, IAMAI, NASCOM. He was member of govt of India committees and committees of various association like CII. He is a regular speaker in healthcare and technology conferences, teaches in Management Institutions. He was grand jury member of Times of India Healthcare Achiever award, in multiple occasions. He is Founder of U4RAD technologies, AI enabled smart tele-reporting platform improving reporting doctors’ productivity significantly. Senior Public Health Specialist & Project Director, Training Division, PHFI

Dr Pushkar Kumar has over 18 yrs of experience in the area of public health having served in the Government, NGO and private sector. He is working with PHFI as a Sr. Public Health Specialist for capacity building initiatives for Primary Care Physicians (PCPs) & Healthcare professionals in clinical conditions and various public health domains for the last six years.

He looks after 27 training programmes for the Primary Care Physicians & Health care professionals in the field of diabetes, GDM, COPD & Asthma, Thyroid disorders, Women's Health, Mental Health, Palliative Care, Geriatric Care, Obesity management, Healthcare quality, Antimicrobial Stewardship, Medicolegal ethics, Patient safety, Cybersecurity in healthcare, Healthcare Technology and MDPs in Health programme management and other initiatives including research. He is responsible for establishing & maintaining strategic partnerships with the Central & State Governments, PSU and International collaborations for these initiatives.

He has worked for more than 9 yrs in the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare as Lead Consultant in Maternal Health and Sr. Technical Officer and Programme Officer in the Blood Safety Division at National AIDS Control Organisation (NACO). He has worked in all aspects of policy, programme implementation, supporting State Governments and been a part of over 30 Policy and operational guidelines of Govt. of India. He has also managed the blood transfusion services in a tertiary care hospital at Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi.
