Surgeon R Admiral V K Singh, VSM (Retd) is Managing Director of InnovatioCuris (IC), Chairman InnovatioCuris Foundation of Healthcare Excellence (ICFHE) a not for profit organization. Adjunct Professor-World Heath Innovation Network, Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, Canada. Honorary Professor-Australian Institute of Health Innovation, Macquarie University, Australia.Visiting professor of Indian Institute of Management, Indian Institute of Technology and others and authored two books ‘Innovations in Healthcare Management : Cost Effective and Sustainable Solutions’ with National & International authors published by CRC press in USA in 2015 and Special Indian edition in 2017. Book has prestigious Shingo publication award 2018 and adopted by IIMs. Another book “Planning and Designing Healthcare Facilities: Lean, Innovative and Evidence Based" is published in Oct 2017 by same publisher. Launched global magazine in healthcare innovation called InnoHEALTH in 2016. He is MBBS, Masters in Hospital Administration, Diplomate National Board in Hospital and Health Care Management and M Phil.

Served as Deputy Chief Medical Officer of United Nations and visited 42 countries. Awarded Vishisht Seva Medal (Distinguished Services Medal) for services at Zambia by the President of India and commendation of Govt. of Zambia. Was Adjunct Professor of Massachusetts Institute of Technology, (MIT) Zaragoza and Adjunct Research Professor- International Health Innovation Center, Ivey School of Business, University of Ontario, Canada. Was Consultant of National Disaster Management Authority and has formulated national guidelines for disaster on mass management of casualties. Was Founder Director of International Institute of Health Management & Research and President and is Fellow of Academy of Hospital Administration, Chairman, Health Care Division of Quality Council of India and has trained assessors and set standards for National Accreditation Board for Hospitals and Healthcare providers (NABH) of India. Was Chairman of Healthcare Committee of Quality Council of India. Consultant in JCI accreditation system and is Assessor of European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). Developed Health specific EFQM model released in India by Union Health Minister in Dec 2010. Had been Lead Assessor of ISO and is consultant and trainer in application of Lean principles in Health care. Was Director of healthcare Asia of Simpler dealing with Lean healthcare excellence. Member of Telemedicine Society of India and Member of National Public Health Committee of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Planned and executed health/hospital projects by cutting down cost at planning, operations and transformation of health organizations in India and abroad by applying Lean, innovations and evidence-based principles.

Dr Shirshendu Mukherjee, trained as a Medical Microbiologist brings with him more than 25 years of experience in academic institutes, Pharma companies and decade long experience in national, international philanthropic and Government funding agencies and has been instrumental in supporting the innovation ecosystem in India and beyond. Dr Mukherjee is currently the Mission Director of the Grand Challenges India, the flagship program of the partnership between the Department of Biotechnology, Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of India, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and Wellcome Trust. This platform supports initiatives that could dramatically change the health and development landscape in India. He also heads the Intellectual Property (IP) & Technology Transfer (TT) and Communications Division in BIRAC. In addition to the above, Dr Mukherjee also leads the National Health Authority (NHA) (Ayushman Bharat – PM-JAY) Start-up Grand Challenges program from BIRAC. Dr. Mukherjee holds Ph.D. in Microbiology, Law graduate, leadership course form Said Business school university of Oxford and Global Health Leadership course from London School of Health & Tropical Medicine (LSHTM). Dr Mukherjee is also a Registered Technology Transfer Professional (RTTP) certified by the Alliance of Technology Transfer Professionals (ATTP) and is an Honorary Scientific Advisor to the Indian Patent Office. Dr Mukherjee is also the Country Ambassador in India for the Royal Society of Tropical Medicine & Hygiene (RSTMH). He is also the General Secretary of the Society for Technology Management professionals (STEM).

Dr. Saxena is working as a General Manager & Head (Investment) at BIRAC, a Public Sector Enterprise set-up by the Department of Biotechnology (DBT), Govt. of India as an Interface Agency to stimulate, foster and enhance the strategic research and innovation capabilities of the Indian Biotech industry, particularly start-ups and SMEs, for creation of affordable products. His prime responsibility is Grant Management under various funding schemes such as Small Business Innovation Research Initiative (SBIRI), Biotechnology Industry Partnership Programme (BIPP), Promoting Academic Research Conversion to Enterprise (PACE), Social Innovation Programme for Products Affordable and Relevant to Societal Health (SPARSH), etc.
